BUYER BENEFIT #4:
Get ADDITIONAL HOME LISTINGS from FRR that typically would NEVER be supplied to you by ‘traditional' buyer agents!
 


A 'traditional buyer agent' will NEVER offer to show a client a home that's being offered to the public directly by the seller (and which accordingly has NOT been listed with an agent), even if such home is 'perfect' for their buyer-client. But there are many of these homes--called 'For Sale By Owner' properties (FSBO's)--usually available. And it's obvious why the typical agent wouldn't alert his/her client to a specific one that's available. Because there's no 'commission' in it for the agent!

However, since FRR's compensation-system from its clients is fee-based rather than commission-based, we ALWAYS alert our clients to the availability of FSBO homes that meet our clients' criteria. And though there may be no 'rebate' available to give to our clients (because there's no 'commission' being paid by the seller), many of our clients nonetheless DO find that the combination of learning from us about a non-MLS-listed home that's very attractively priced (because it's not listed!)--coupled with FRR's expertise to work-out the best deal for the buyer--CAN result in a purchase-transaction that's both ideal for our client and that's a great 'find,' at a great price, to boot!

So why cut yourself off from awareness of the large selection of available homes that other agents would never consider alerting you to, when--with FRR--you'll be advised of ALL homes that fit the profile of what you're exactly after!
