WRONG!

THE TRUTH:
Listing agents might indeed want you to believe this and might even try to steer you into such belief (to the end of securing the whole sales commission for themselves), but the plain fact is that it just ISN'T true.

ALL listing agents post their 'listings' on the MLS, to which ALL real estate agents in turn have immediate access. And in the greater majority of all home sales transactions, there are indeed TWO real estate agents involved: the seller's....AND the buyer's!
