BUYER MISCONCEPTION #5:
There's no way that a buyer can REALLY expect any real estate agent to ignore their OWN incentive for a quick sale and the maximization of their commission-earningsregardless of how ‘optimal’ the purchase-transaction being considered may or may NOT be for you, the buyer.

WRONG!

THE TRUTH:
You certainly CAN expect a buyer agent to ignore such self-serving motivations IF you have a buyer-agent who is NOT paid for their services via a percentage 'commission' on the sales-price.

And that's who WE are! The 'NO COMMISSION' real estate brokerage company that puts the broker's commission back in YOUR pocket!

Yes, with FRR representing you in your home-purchase, ONE-HUNDRED-PER-CENT of the sales-price commission-split that’s due to the buyer-agent is CREDITED to you, the buyer, at the closing. Which means you'll be buying your new home for LESS money!

For example, let’s take the purchase of a four-hundred-thousand dollar home in which FRR, as your buying agent, would be contractually entitled to a $12,000 commission (50% of the standard 6% commission collectively due to all agents involved, i.e. 3% of the purchase price). Well, with FRR as your agent, this full $12,000 is CREDITED to you at the closing!

How and why do we do this?

Because instead of FRR getting paid a 'commission' based upon the purchase-price, we charge our buyer-clients for our services in a DIFFERENT and much FAIRER and more PROFESSIONAL way.

In a way that gives YOU the choice of how much YOU want from us in the way of service--and you pay ONLY for these SPECIFIC services.

We do this via a FIXED-PRICE service-fee arrangement through which you pay ONLY for the SPECIFIC services you had pre-designated us to perform for you. INSTEAD of charging you a hefty and variable, 'purchase-price-linked' commission (which is non-service-value based)! We then GIVE YOU the FULL-REBATE of the 'BUYER-AGENT COMMISSION' (to which we're entitled as your buying-representative), from which we in-turn deduct the particular fee(s) you had pre-designated us to receive.

And you'll quickly see that this unique FRR arrangement promises to cost you FAR, FAR LESS than the typical '3%-of-the-purchase-price charge' that you would ordinarily pay when using a 'conventional' real estate agent to rep you in your new-home purchase.

Plus, in ADDITION to the HUGE SAVINGS that you're virtually guaranteed to generate for yourself by using FRR as your buying-agent, you'll ALSO quickly see that when FRR represents you, you'll be getting a host of OTHER highly significant benefits as well.
