you have a buyer-agent who is NOT paid for their services via a

We do this via a FIXED-PRICE service-fee
arrangement through which you pay ONLY for the SPECIFIC services you
had pre-designated us to perform for you. INSTEAD of charging you a
hefty and variable, 'purchase-price-linked' commission (which is
non-service-value based)! We then GIVE YOU the FULL-REBATE of the
'BUYER-AGENT COMMISSION' (to which we're entitled as your
buying-representative), from which we in-turn deduct the particular
fee(s) you had pre-designated us to receive.

FRR arrangement promises to cost you FAR, FAR LESS than the typical
'3%-of-the-purchase-price charge' that you would ordinarily pay when
