SELLER MISCONCEPTION #3:
Once you accept that using a 'listing agent' IS the superior way to achieve your sales-objectives, you have no choice but to resign yourself to paying the HEFTY COMMISSION that will be due the listing agent as a 'cost' of the sale.

WRONG!

THE TRUTH:
There indeed is a way to NOT pay a commission to your listing agent. And it's very simple: all you need is an agent who does NOT work on a commission basis! An agent who does NOT charge its seller-clients for its services via a 'percentage commission' on the sales-price!

Enter FRR. The real estate brokerage company that has revolutionized the industry by employing a system in which seller-clients are charged for professional real estate services in a DIFFERENT and much FAIRER and more PROFESSIONAL way than the current 'commission system' to which 'traditional' agencies subscribe.

And we do this by UNBUNDLING the roster of services that are typically covered by the single, industry-standard, percentage-commission-payment that's ultimately due to the listing agent at the closing. And by alternatively offering you, the seller, these respective seller-services on an INDIVIDUAL, PER-SERVICE basis--with a 'fixed-fee' for each. A 'fixed-fee' that's linked to the actual VALUE of the individual service being provided--as well as linked to the TIME spent by us on your behalf--rather than to the arbitrariness of a variable, non-value-based and non-time-based payment that's illogically indexed to a particular sale-price. (Which when you think about it, serves the 'agent's' interests more than it serves your own!)

With the FRR system, it's YOU who have the choice of how much YOU want from your listing/seller-agent in the way of service(s)--and you in-turn pay ONLY for these SPECIFIC SERVICE(S) you choose! Instead of finding yourself instant-victim to the much-too-high, 'one-price-fits-all' system that the standard commission-system employed by 'traditional' agents automatically awards to the realtor.

How does our system work? Well, a seller's arrangement with FRR begins by our immediately WAIVING THE 3% LISTING-AGENT COMMISSION to which we would normally be entitled at the closing. Which is the equivalence of entitling YOU, the seller (and the equivalence of YOUR receiving) an INSTANT REBATE of the typical 3% commission-on-the-sales-price that you would otherwise ALWAYS pay to a 'traditional' agent who's compensated via the standard 'commission-system.'

And when we waive our claim to the listing agent commission, we in-turn enter into a FIXED-PRICE service-fee arrangement with you. An arrangement through which you pay ONLY for the SPECIFIC SERVICES you had PRE-DESIGNATED us to perform on your behalf. Which we in-turn make available to you on an 'a la carte basis,' so that you can pick-and-choose the single-one or group that EXACTLY fits YOUR individual needs.

It's that simple. And you'll quickly see that this unique FRR arrangement promises to cost you FAR, FAR LESS that the typical '3% of the sales-price charge' that you would ordinarily pay when using a 'conventional' real estate agent to list and rep your home. And FAR, FAR, LESS even when you do sign-on with us for ALL of our individual, seller-oriented services.

In addition to the the HUGE SALES-COST SAVINGS you're virtually guaranteed to generate for yourself by using FRR as your selling agent (which translates into keeping much, much more of the actual sales-proceeds for yourself ), you'll ALSO quickly see that with FRR representing you, you'll be getting a host of OTHER highly significant and invaluable benefits as well.

Important Note For Home Sellers Who Are Planning To Purchase
Another Home Within The Same Local Area
Be aware that a 'traditional' listing agent MAY accept a reduced commission to list your home IF you're purchasing another home in the same local area and IF you simultaneously agree to sign-up with them as your 'buying agent.'  Why? Because in exchange for the small discount they'll give you on their 'listing-agent commission,' they'll immediately set themselves up to make a SEPARATE 3% COMMISSION when you buy your new home through them. Not a bad deal for them: give a little break on the 'listing' end for the home being SOLD, and guarantee the separate full-commission they'll earn from you on your 'BUYING' end!

But remember that with FRR, you don't receive just a mere 'reduction' on the listing-agent commission---you get the ENTIRE LISTING COMMISSION WAIVED (as explained above). And if you indeed ARE planning to purchase a new home in the same local area, do remember too that FRR also represents 'buyers' in a similar way that it represents sellers. That is, NO COMMISSIONS! Which means that when you initially list with us, not only will we waive our listing-agent commission and save you thousands on the costs of SELLING your current home--but if you decide to BUY your new home through FRR as well, we'll ALSO REBATE THE FULL BUYER-AGENT COMMISSION TO YOU (typically 3%) that any 'traditional' agent' would be awarded from the seller of the home that you're planning to purchase. Bottom line: with a simultaneous sell-and-buy you can save DOUBLE with FRR as your agent. For more information go to the Home Buying section of our site.
