  • Transaction Coordination and Conveyancing –  which includes communication between all parties, electronic signatures, coordinating inspections 

Example of a Transaction:

Listing Price –                                         $500,000
Normal Agent Commission of 6%-      $30,000
Our Commission of 4.75%-                  $23,750
Savings-                                                $6,250
